Bundles of Joy

Family of 4

One of my favorite sessions this year was of this beautiful family of 4!  Erin and Jeff’s two four legged companions are so sweet and unbelievably smart, lovable and photogenic!  I shot this session on a beautiful early December morning on location in Allen.  The lighting was amazing!!  Most of the images were taken “documentary” style with a few posed traditionally.  The blending of the two styles allowed for great variety and some amazing shots!  Barkley, the gray puppy, is a new addition to the family and it’s easy to see how loved he feels.  The expression in his eyes says, “i LOVE my new family.”  I’m glad that Snickers has a new brother to share the fun they all have together!

A MERRY AND BRIGHT CHRISTMAS

I had an idea for a Christmas card photo shoot and wanted to use all bright, non- traditional colors and mix in fun and funky posing. Carson, 15, was the model and her VERY creative Mom, Carlene, helped me put together some props and clothing to complete the look. The results are totally AMAZING! You should see the Christmas card – all I can say is WOW! We had a blast too……. hope all you have a VERY MERRY AND BRIGHT CHRISTMAS…"VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS"

Fall Portrait Time

This is the time of the year that I do the most portrait shoots. It is exciting to have the opportunity to do so many different things. My goal is to provide each client with a timeless treasure. I love to stretch myself to find the best lighting, setting, mood, angle, posing, etc. in order to achieve optimal results. I truly feel that each year my own creativity gets better, culminating in a finer product for my clients. I appreciate the loyalty and opportunity to make beautiful memories!

Anyone that knows me well would understand why I love to take pictures of golf courses! I took this shot at sunset on a mid October day on #19 at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club. This is my home course and one of my favorite places to be.
