Frisco Daddy Daughter Dance

What a busy day we had on Saturday, Feb. 12th! The City of Frisco’s Daddy/Daughter dance is VERY POPULAR and an amazing spectacle. Over 5,000 Dads and Daughters attended this year’s dance at the Frisco Convention Center. We have taken portraits at the dance since it began 15 years ago. Wow!

Newborn Baby Photos

Our newborn photos are so tender and amazing! We have lots of new ideas to create unforgettable memories of infants! Newborns are birth to 4 weeks old. During this time they sleep very heavy allowing us to create posing that is very difficult after about 3 weeks. We allow 2 hours for our newborn session because it takes time to get the perfect posing and allow for feeding, changing sets, etc. We encourage you to bring along any special hats or blankets in the color that match the baby’s nursery. A New Puppy

I can’t believe I am posting a blog about an animal, but……..WE ARE IN LOVE with our new puppy, Nike Nelson. We got him a week before Christmas and he is a very good boy. Nike is our first dog and official Innovative Images mascot. He will have to come to work with us for a while since he is our new baby. Nike is a 1.5 lb. pek a poo (pekinese poodle). Come by the studio and meet our new pup!

My Family Portrait

I don’t think there has been a time in the past 17 years that I have been more proud of the portraits we have produced. I can’t wait until the first of the year to share some of the new work from the Christmas season. I’ll start by sharing my new family portraits. My kids look so grown up now! Alona is 19 – a sophomore Broadcast Journalism major at OU. Brock is 13 – an eighth grader who loves baseball, football and basketball. He is now over 6′ tall – I can’t believe it!

Thanks to all of you who allowed me to help you capture an image of your family or child this year. I am so blessed to have such loyal clients. My mind is spinning with ideas for next year already.
